Heavily saturated, you may use these salts straight out of the container or blend them with more Epsom salts. To Use: Your therapeutic bath salts are very concentrated so a little goes a long way. For full therapeutic value, use full strength. For an aromatherapy experience you may mix with other salts such as epsom etc.
Add up to ¼ cup to running bath water. You may also wish to use 2 to 3 Tablespoons mixed with Epsom Salts.
