What is The Garage Project: A Coffee by the Bald Guys" about? As Expedition Coffee Roasters is set up in what used to be an old service garage, the story goes like this... They used to tinker with cars; now we tune beans.  In the old garage-turned-roastery, two bald guys (Aaron and Phil) hunch over scales, grinders, and cupping bowls... checking the idle. Tiny tweaks.  Chasing the sweet spot, where it all runs smooth.  When that optimal purr occurs, we lock it in, bag it up, and get it to you for your cup.

The Garage Project is a collaboration by two coffee enthusiasts - Aaron, the owner / roaster of Expedition Coffee Roasters... and Phil, a coffee obsessed friend of Aaron's who came up with the idea of a collaboration project.
