The Clairefontaine Carb’On Drawing Pad contains 20 sheets of black paper, ideal for all dry techniques such as pen, felt, pencil, chalk and pastel.
The paper is the ultimate, super black with a very fine grain which will not import a texture in your drawing. Gel pens and metallic gel pens will glide over the surface. For drawing in dry media try China Markers, Coloured Pencisl and White Conte.
The paper can also be used with white markers like Posca and Montana or Gouache techniques. It can also be used with Metallic Watercolours. This paper gives white ink and gouache drawings in particular special colour accentuation.
The paper in this Clairefontaine Carb’On Drawing Pad is 120gsm, fine grain. The paper is resistant to fading, and acid free as well as PH neutral. Sheets can be easily removed from the pad without tearing the paper.
