Classic Red Tartan Dog Bandana
This is a traditional tie on bandana. It is 100% cotton and it is double sided (2 layers of fabric).
Room for tying has been taken into account and the inch range in the sizing refers to the animal's neck size. The inch range listed is the ideal range, all sizes will fit an inch or so on either side. If you need a custom size for extremely large, extremely short dogs, etc, please contact me.
If you are undecided between sizes, it is always best to size up. If it is too big, you can always roll/fold before tying and tie it tighter for a perfect fit!

BANDANA CARE: Most Puppy Riot bandanas are durable enough to be machine washed in cold water. Hang, or reshape and lay flat to dry. Iron on medium/high. However, as with most textiles, hand washing or washing on the delicate cycle will increase longevity.
Puppy Riot's inspiration was Heather's first dog as an adult, sweet sweet Ida Mae.
Heather has a BFA from NSCAD (Nova Scotia College of Art and Design) and a BED from MSVU. She has worked as a professional artist and scenic artist for the film Industry for over 20 years. Her personal artwork and professional reputation speaks to her love of colour, pattern, and texture, as well as, her attention to detail.
Like many dog businesses, her accessory obsession started by not being able to find just the right item to make Ida Mae shine! Over time, one handmade item became many and she delightfully discovered that there is no end to the different mood, personalities each accessory can evoke.
Eventually, Ida's closet rivalled the likes of Jackie Kennedy's—or perhaps Kim Kardashian's—and Heather decided to build a business and began to share her designs on Etsy. Heather transferred her love of colour, pattern, and texture, as well as her attention to detail, and put it to use making sure all the doggie fashionistas's are living their truth!
Life is indeed short. Please please spoil your dog!
