Hello & welcome to RHUBARB PAPER CO.

We create sassy & a little badass-y greeting cards & gifts. Rhubarb is owned & operated by Anita in the heart of the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Anita's Nanny, Mildred, was quick-witted & sassy, often throwing out great one-liners. Millie passed away in 1989 after a painful battle with Cancer. 

25 year later, in 2014, RHUBARB PAPER CO. was born, in part due to Anita's lifelong love of snail mail, in part to keep the memory of her Nanny & her wonderful sense of humour alive.

A portion of the sales from our Cards of Compassion series is donated to mental health organizations in Nova Scotia.

We care about the environment & do our best to use materials that are as eco-friendly as possible, while still maintaining superior quality.

We print on recycled paper, our envelopes are made of 100% recycled material & our protective clear bags used for wholesale orders are compostable."
